At Mok and Martensen Inc. the service does not end when you purchase a product. We will try hard to solve any problems you might encounter when using our products, whether the product is still under warranty or not, contact us if you have any questions or problems.
All our products come with a limited warranty that covers defects for at least two years, in some cases like aurum speakers up to ten years. Please check the enclosed warranty documents that came with your product for details.As long as the product is still under warranty, please keep the box for it, because it will make it easier in case we need to pick the product up for repair or service. In case you encounter a technical problem, please contact us first. If the item needs to be sent to a service lab, we will give you an RMA number. Please mark this number visibly on the outside of your shipping package, so we know why we are receiving this shipment. Products shipped to us without an RMA number can unfortunately not be accepted.
